None. XPaymt charges a flat 2% commission on successful transactions only. No setup fee, no monthly subscription, no annual charge. If your customers do not pay, you do not pay us.
Because your commission rate should not depend on which features you use. Both plans charge 2%. The difference is what you get: Growth unlocks instant settlement, subscriptions, Magic Checkout, and priority support. Enterprise businesses processing high volumes get a negotiated rate.
Standard plan: T+2 (2 business days). Growth and Enterprise: instant settlement — money hits your bank within minutes of a transaction, 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
No minimum. You can accept Rs 1 or Rs 1 crore — the 2% commission applies either way. No volume caps on any plan.
The processing fee on a refunded transaction is not returned — this is standard across all payment gateways. XPaymt charges no additional refund fee on top of that.
