Create your account
Visit xpaymt.com and click "Get started free". Enter your business email and create a strong password.
Use your official business email address — this becomes your login and the address we send settlement reports to. Choose a password with at least 12 characters.

Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from XPaymt and click the confirmation link.
The email arrives within 60 seconds. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. You can request a resend from the login page.

Fill in business details
Enter your business name, type, PAN number, and GSTIN (if applicable).
Your business PAN is mandatory. GSTIN is optional but enables GST invoicing for your customers. Select the correct business type — this determines your settlement limits and required documents.

Documents must be clear, unedited photos or scans. PDFs and JPEGs are both accepted. File size limit is 5MB per document. Blurry or cropped documents will be rejected and you'll need to re-upload.

Common questions

Most accounts are verified within 2–4 hours during business hours (9 AM–6 PM IST, Monday–Saturday). Documents submitted after hours are reviewed the next morning. You'll receive an email confirmation when your account is approved.
Yes. Freelancers and individuals can sign up using their personal PAN and Aadhaar. Your settlement will go directly to your personal bank account. Volume limits may be lower than registered business accounts.
You'll receive an email explaining exactly which document was rejected and why. You can re-upload corrected documents directly from your dashboard. Common rejection reasons: blurry photos, expired documents, name mismatch between PAN and bank account.
No minimum. Whether you're processing ₹5,000 a month or ₹5 crore, XPaymt works for you. The Starter plan has a ₹50,000/month volume limit — if you expect to exceed this, start on the Growth plan.
You can have one account per registered business entity. If you run multiple businesses (e.g. two Pvt. Ltd. companies), each gets its own account with its own KYC. A single person cannot have two accounts for the same business.
GSTIN is optional for most business types. It's only mandatory if your annual turnover exceeds the GST threshold (₹40 lakh for goods, ₹20 lakh for services). Individuals and freelancers below this threshold can sign up without one.
